Are you looking for opportunities to apply your skills and experience to help drive sales growth in a dynamic marketplace? If so, then you may be just who we're looking for to become our Search Engine Marketing Analyst. The Search Engine Marketing Analyst will be a member of the Direct to Consumer-Ecommerce team, leveraging SEO and other digital opportunities to drive increased consumer visitation and subsequently sales for Assurant Health's target customers. Responsibilities: * Drive DTC revenue growth through analysis, change and monitoring of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Paid Search (SEM) and Digital Media programs * Focus primarily on SEO, evaluating coordinating and implementing both internal and external SEO efforts * Collaborate with the Ecommerce team, IT, marketing, corporate communication, product lines and other teams to improve search engine rank, driving understanding and implementation of SEO best practices * Act as primary day-to-day point of contact with partners managing operations of paid search and digital media programs and providing consultative expertise on SEO. Analyze reports, collaborate with partners and other Ecommerce team members to propose changes and oversee implementation and monitoring of changes * Collaborate with internal analysts and managers to ensure appropriate measurement, reporting and analysis is available to produce actionable insights within search and media programs

Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, online marketing or related discipline * 2+ years working with paid search * 3+ years applying Search Engine Optimization best practices and concepts to Ecommerce sites with illustrated impact to site traffic and other site goals, such as sales * Strong grasp of SEO best practices, both from a business and technical perspective, including on-site and off-site opportunities * Ability to evaluate and prioritize changes for SEO based on alignment with goals and potential for impact with respect to those goals * Demonstrate skill level with respect to paid search marketing * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Able to comfortably present results of analysis and recommendations various audiences * Adept at understanding, analyzing and producing insights from reports * Proficient with Microsoft Office - especially strong in Excel Desired Skills: * Expert-level skill in SEO * Proficient skill level in paid search * Strong familiarity with digital media, including social * Experience working in service industries, financial services, in particular * Experience working with other digital media (e.g. display) as well as social media * Experience working in highly regulated industries * College degree in marketing * Vendor management/vendor relationship management Assurant is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
